Aaron Tobey, a University of Cincinnati architecture student, was arrested for stripping at airport security to reveal the Fourth Amendment written across his chest. He is of course now suing the U.S. government for violating his Fourth Amendment rights. So clearly people still aren’t big fans of those airport scanners.
The kid is a little nuts for stripping in an airport, but if you’re going to write the Fourth Amendment across your torso, this is a nice one upon which to do it.
